We all hope to welcome the Lord’s return. Nowadays, the four blood moons have already appeared; earthquakes, famines, plagues and all sorts of other disasters are becoming more and more frequent. The prophecies of the Lord’s second coming have basically been fulfilled. And there are many people who are publicly testifying online that the Lord Jesus has returned. But many brothers and sisters are confused: “The Bible clearly says: ‘But of that day and hour knows no man, not the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but My Father only’ (Matthew 24:36). How could those bearing witness know that the Lord has come back? Has the Lord truly returned? All of us who believe in the Lord know the word of God is only in the Bible, and nowhere else, but now some people are calling this into question. They think that there is God’s word outside the Bible, but I have some different views on this matter. Nowadays, the New and Old Testaments have been completed and together they record all of God’s words, so I think it is absolutely impossible that there is God’s word outside the Bible. Even if other spiritual books we read are based on the Bible, they are not God’s words. Therefore, all of God’s words are in the Bible and nowhere else, and this absolutely cannot be wrong! One day in May of 2017, after school, my son and I went to the park, where I came across three sisters. In contact with them, I found them very kind and I enjoyed talking with them. Then we arranged to meet in the park every day to talk about our difficulties and problems in life together. Besides, they also preached gospel to me. When I met difficulties in life, they read God’s words to me and helped me solve them with God’s words. Half a month later, I became more and more interested in belief in God. And through their fellowship, I came to know this: The heavens and earth and all things didn’t come into being naturally but were created by God. Having created all things, God also presides over all things and provides for them. Besides, all things and matters as well as the fate of man are controlled in God’s hands. Because God is the only Creator and the only true God. Later, through reading God’s words, I gradually gained some knowledge of God, and felt that God showed special grace to me, so that I could be lucky enough to hear His voice, to enjoy the supply of the living water of life from God.
